First Time Service


The first time we clean your home, we will offer you a choice of

three types of initial cleaning:


The "Springcleaning"

You may want to start with the full Springcleaning or seasonal/holiday cleaning the first time in order to allow us to detail everything in the home on the first visit.

We recommend you start with this type of service for a one-time cleaning, or if you are planning to sell the home, if you are entertaining or having guests or if the house is somewhat dirty to begin with. Exceptionally dirty areas may be subject to a dirty fee as needed.


The "Modified Spring Cleaning"

The Modified Spring Cleaning, is very popular for a home that has been fairly well kept. One major area of the house is chosen that may need some extra attention. We then detail that area, and do a general cleaning through the rest of the house. Your choices for detailing can be either the entire kitchen, or all of the bathrooms or all the dusting or all the vacuuming.


The "Basic Initial Cleaning"

The Basic Initial Cleaning, is very popular for a home that has been very well kept. It is perfect for start-up service and for switching from another service provider. One major task is chosen that may need some extra attention. We then detail that area, and do a general cleaning through the rest of the house.

Common choices for detailing can be to have the kitchen floor scrubbed by hand rather than mopped, or if one shower has some soap scum, we can work on that, or to have the baseboards on one level all washed down rather than just dusted. We can customize your choice of detail for you since it is task oriented, just ask if what you have in mind fits into the scope of a single task.




Details


Detailing refers to the attention and depth of the cleaning. During initial service, for instance, detailing the kitchen and bathrooms involves scrubbing and scouring instead of washing or wiping.

Kitchen details include scrubbing the floor by hand rather than mopping it, taking the range top apart to scrub it thoroughly, washing down cabinet fronts, washing baseboards and the top of the refrigerator.

Detailing of a bathroom includes scrubbing down tub, tile, glass doors inside and out to remove soap scum and treat for mold or mildew.

Dusting details include damp dusting rather than dry dusting.

Vacuum details include upholstry, steps and vacuuming under and behind all furniture with vacuum attachments into the corners and edges.

Detailing always incudes corners, cracks and crevices and on first time cleanings of any kind, detailing does take quite a bit longer.

Details will be rotated during maintenance services. The second time we come, we will begin to rotate detailing to different tasks. After the entire house has been detailed, it can be maintained at that level with regular detail rotation service.




Move-ins, Move-outs and Vacant Homes


We specialize in the cleaning of vacant homes as we have extensive experience handling real estate cleaning. Our "specialized custom detailing" has been known to actually increase the value of a home and to allow the home to show extremely well to attract buyers.

The full move in or move out service is similar to a full spring cleaning with the exception of dusting which would include washing inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, shelves, banisters, railings, baseboards, blinds, window sills, ceiling fans and air vents. We will also wipe out the oven and refrigerator. We will clean and sanitize the homes to move in condition. 

We can also offer a "Broom clean" which is a lighter surface clean for basic move out or security deposit requirements in a well kept home. This will not include the interiors or the dusting items listed above in the full move in or move out cleaning.

We provide all general equipment and supplies for the vacant home.




Organizing & Decluttering Services

We offer a complete orgainizing and decluttering service to meet many various needs. We can organize any area of the home such as basements, attics, garages, closets, and spare rooms. We will help you decide what to keep, store, donate, or trash. We can accomodate your special space needs for home office or hobby areas. When we organize an area you will gain usable space where none existed before. This is very helpful when preparing your home for sale, combining households, or acquiring estates.
